Meet Nia
RESET started from a very personal place.
After leaving her job as a primary school teacher following burnout, Nia knew she needed to find a form of exercise that worked for her - something she could manage physically and mentally without feeling she had to push herself to exhaustion.
That's when she found Pilates.
What started as something she could actually manage quickly became something she genuinely loved. Pilates helped her reconnect with her body, build strength and mobility and, most importantly, gave her a form of movement that made her feel better rather than depleted.
Nia went on to qualify as a Pilates instructor and discovered how much she loved helping other people experience that same feeling.

That's where RESET came from.
She wanted to create the kind of space she would have wanted when she first discovered Pilates - somewhere welcoming, calm and completely non-intimidating. Somewhere you don't need to be flexible, fit or experienced to belong.
RESET isn't about pushing yourself harder for the sake of it. It's about finding movement that works for you.
A place to take an hour for yourself. To move. To breathe. To slow down. To reconnect.
And hopefully leave feeling a little better than when you walked through the door.
